Is collection really free?
Yes — insured, tracked collection is free across mainland UK for bulk lots. For very small quantities we'll advise the best option when we send your quote.
How is my data protected?
Drives are erased to recognised UK data destruction standards, or physically destroyed on request. You receive a certificate of erasure and a serial-level asset report.
Can you provide an asset register?
Absolutely. Every item is logged by make, model and serial number, and the completed register is issued with your payment documentation.
What if some devices are faulty?
That's fine. Faulty units are valued for parts recovery or repair, and this is reflected transparently in your quote.
How is payment made?
By bank transfer to your organisation's account, usually within five working days of the audit being completed. Purchase orders and invoices can be accommodated.
